Regarding Unmanned Check-in

For guests who wish to check in during times or dates when no staff is available, we will explain how to use the facilities, check-in, and check-out.

​Payments

Unmanned check-in is available only for guests who have completed pre-payment on booking.com.

Entrance to Check-in

The entrance is not on the side facing the main street but on the left side when viewed from the front (near Shinpachi Store).

To open the door, enter the four-digit code sent via booking.com message into the key box located on the left side of the entrance. Once the code is entered, pull the key box towards you to open it.

Inside the key box, there is a key with a chain attached. Please extend the chain and unlock the door.

After entering, please lock the door from the inside.

Write down your info in guest registration form

After entering, you will find a “Guest Registration Form” on the desk on your left. Please fill in your name, address, phone number, occupation, and passport number (for foreign nationals only), and then deposit the form in the Guest Registration Post.

Entrance to your room

Please remove your shoes and go up the white stairs on your left to the second floor where the guest rooms are located. Enter the room indicated by the nameplate sent to you via booking.com message. The key will be hanging on a hook above the security box inside the room.

There are two keys: one for locking the room from the outside and one for the security box. The security box can be either a key or code type, so if it’s a code type, you will only have one room key.

About the dining area (under the stairs to the left of the entrance)

The area under the stairs to the left of the entrance is a dining space. You are free to use the microwave, kettle, etc. The stove can also be used.

Toilets, sinks, and shower rooms (beyond the white door on the right side of the entrance) 

Beyond the right-side door of the entrance, shoes are not allowed, so please use the rubber slippers provided at the front. This area includes toilets, sinks, and shower rooms. Please ensure there are no other guests using the shower room before entering. You can also use the washing machine, but since the drying process takes a long time, it is not available for use. Laundry detergent is available under the sink. (Note: These facilities are not available from 10:00 to 15:00.)

Check-out

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
When checking out, please use the entrance key attached to your room key to lock the door and then deposit the key in the mailbox at the entrance.​​

For your information

・Check-out: 10:00 AM

・Please lock the door when going out.

・For guests staying multiple nights, we do not change linens during your stay to consider the environment. If your stay exceeds four days, room cleaning will be performed once every four days. Cleaning time is between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

・Free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) is available.

・There is no refrigerator or kitchen space provided.

Important Notifications

・Please take care of your valuables by yourself. Our facility is not responsible for any loss or damage.

・Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. If you smoke inside the facility, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.

・No heating devices, open flames, or gas stoves other than those provided in the facility may be used.

・If you have a dispute with other guests, please resolve it between yourselves. Our facility will not take any responsibility.

・Please refrain from inviting visitors into the facility (including guest rooms).

・Please avoid any behavior that might disturb passersby around the facility.

・Please be considerate not to make loud noises or loud sounds after 10 PM.

・If you damage or alter any of the fixtures or equipment in the facility (including graffiti), please report it before check-out. We will inspect and may charge you for repair costs. If there is any damage or alteration without a report, we will contact you and charge for repair costs.

Items prohibited from being brought into the facility:

(1) Pets (animals)

(2) Items with strong odors or that are extremely dirty, etc.

(3) Flammable or easily ignitable items

(4) Dangerous items

Please refrain from engaging in gambling activities within the facility.
